Where is the store based?
Scrapbook Resource Co is currently based in Southend-On-Sea, England
Do you ship internationaly?
Yes, we offer shipping to most countries.
How do you ship your orders?
Most of our orders are shipped in small carboard parcels.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to ship orders within 1-3 working days. Some of our products are made to order and can take an additional 1-2 weeks to despatch.
What Shipping carrier do you use?
We currently use Royal Mail to ship all of our orders.
What are customs charges?
Goods shipped internationally must clear customs before they can be delivered in the destination country.
Scrapbook Resource Co is not responsible for any customs, taxes or import duties that may be issued during shipping.
International orders can sometimes experience delays during the customs clearance process. Scrapbook Resource Co cannot be held responsible for any packages that are held up or returned due to customs issues.
If a package is returned to us due to inability to deliver to the address given by the customer then the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Can I change the delivery address after an order has been made?
Changes to your order after it has been made cannot be guaranteed. However if you order has not yet been shipped we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us at hello@scrapbookresourceco.co.uk quoting your order number for assistance.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email containing your tracking details. If you did not receive one please get in touch with us at hello@scrapbookresourceco.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.
My order is missing or damaged
If you have received your order and have missing or damaged items please get in touch at hello@scrapbookresourceco.co.uk
Please note that we are a small business that includes made to order products that may have slight imperfections or variation from item to item.
